CANCELLATION POLICIES

CREDIT CARD BOOKING

No charge will be made for cancellations or changes made up to 7 days before the scheduled arrival date.

In case of cancellation made after this deadline, the full amount of the stay will be charged.

In case of no-show, the full amount of the stay is charged.

In order to verify the validity of the card, the hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize the reservation amount before the scheduled arrival date.

RESERVATION WITH DEPOSIT

reservation is confirmed by paying 30% of the full amount of the stay by bank transfer.

In case of cancellation the deposit is not returned.
